Reflex^® was founded in San Francisco, California in 1999. We had one manufacturing site locally and one small customer. Reflex^® cushions are now designed at six of our international locations, with fifteen productions sites producing millions of cushions for dozens of multinational companies.

In addition to our signature product, Reflex^®, which is our cornerstone. We also offer a number of other packaging solutions including Airflopac^®. These products complement Reflex^® cushions and allow us to offer other solutions to our customers fragility packaging needs.

We also are now able to provide many specialty/custom items to our customers. These include custom pallets and crates for shipping, soft and hard shell cases for laptops and guitars, printed boxes, printed instruction pamphlets, corrugated pallets, as well as whatever our customers need anywhere in the world.
