Reflex® has developed a thermoformed cushioning system which offers OEM manufacturers a replacement for traditional foam packaging. All cushion and mold design is performed in-house, with Reflex® 's guarantee that we will only provide materials which meet out customer's impact protection specifications. We are a manufacturer, with thermoform presses and CNC equipment in-house. At our headquarters, located in Southern California, we produce everything from tooling to the final product under one roof so we understand every component of the process.
Reflex® cushions are currently in production in the United States, Mexico, Europe, and the Far East. All of our manufacturing sites have multiple forming presses, each of which has the capacity to produce more than one million Reflex® parts each month.
