Performance - Reflex^® cushions have been tested on products ranging from 10 ounces to 75 lbs. and have consistently exceeded ISRA drop specifications. These tests have been performed at Lansmont, SJSU, Intel, IBM, Maxtor, HP and many other equipment manufacturers.

Price - Well below the cost of PP, PE and PU foams, this is a cost effective alternative for any fragile packaging application. When you combine the lower cost of our cushions with the increased pack out times and the warehouse space saved, no other packaging solution can even come close!

Environmental - Manufactured from 100% recycled PE content, Reflex^® cushions are environmentally preferred to foam packaging. They are also 100% recyclable and reusable. ­

Memory - Reflex^® cushions have excellent memory, and do not fracture or particulate during testing.

Storage - We can reduce warehouse space requirements by up to 85%. On a single pallet, we can fit cushions for 3,000 hard drives or 250 personal computers.

Mold Production
All Reflex^® prototype and production molds are manufactured in-house using Fadal CNC machines. Molds are cut from solid aluminum billet in order to maximize production efficiency and mold life. Keeping all engineering and machining operations "under one roof" has enabled Reflex^® to maximize the efficiency of this process, and deliver QUALITY tooling FAST!

• Mold Lead-Time: 2 to 4 weeks for multiple cavity tooling.
• Mold Cost: Varies based upon complexity. General pricing for multiple cavity tooling ranges from $3,500 to $5,000 for completed production molds.
• Die Cutting: Each mold set requires a matching Steel Rule Die, which is included in the costs listed above.
• Production Life: Each production mold built by Reflex^® is guaranteed to last for a minimum of 5 million parts.

Environmental & Recycling
Made From 100% Recycled Plastic, Reflex^® cushions are a better environmental product than ALL of the conventional packaging foams in use today.

Reflex^® cushions actually remove plastic material from the waste stream, rather than add to it. Each part is manufactured from 100% Recycled PE Content, they are also 100% recyclable and reusable.

None of the mainstream foam materials can make these claims. NONE!
